DZIQ 990 AM– Brugge City is excited and busy for final detail preparations of the royal visit on Friday of King Philippe and Queen Mathilde.

– More and more young Belgians are now on a 2-day school & 3-day work schemes to fill 60,000 workers needed in different sectors vacated merely by retired employees.

– Medical insurances will implement “house arrest” for employees on sick leave and be present when official, government doctor pays a visit to check their patients.

– Visitors with animal printed shirts in Chessington Zoo in Great Britain are no longer allowed to enter. It was observed by the zoo authorities that animals when seeing people with printed shirts of giraffe, tiger, lion, elephant, etc. make them afraid, violent, nervous and stressed.  Visitors are advised to wear grey over-all clothing.
